COMPTEL Classroom to Debut at Fall Show
IMS and voice peering to be featured

SAN DIEGO - March 21, 2006 - COMPTEL, the "Communications Association of Choice," announced today the launch of the "COMPTEL Classroom", a new educational initiative that will make its debut at the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2006 Convention & Expo, which runs Oct. 8-11 in Orlando. The COMPTEL Classroom will present educational sessions and live product demonstrations of next-generation and IP technologies for the service provider community. IMS and voice peering will be the featured topics at the fall event and discussions will be led, respectively, by Michael Khalilian, President of the IMS Forum, and Shrihari Pandit, President of the Voice Peering Forum (VPF).

"The COMPTEL Classroom is the first of several new educational advances COMPTEL is planning for its Convention and Expo attendees and its members," said Terry Monroe, COMPTEL's Executive Vice President of Business Development. "IMS and voice peering represent two of the critical technologies and services that will impact the way carriers provide services in the future. We are pleased to have the opportunity to partner with the IMS Forum and the VPF Forum in presenting the latest cutting-edge technology and business sessions at our fall EXPO."
